Seriously, this sorbet is just one ingredient making this one of my favorite summer recipes.
The summer watermelon obsession runs deep in my house so I like to switch things up every now and then. This is simply the best kid friendly sorbet recipe ever.
Let’s Jump Right In
What You Need:
1/2 watermelon large, seedless
I told you it was one ingredient…I wasn’t kidding
What You Do:
1. Cut or scoop the watermelon out onto a baking sheet and freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
2. Blend the frozen watermelon in batches until smooth and pour into a bread tin and freeze for another hour.
Literally couldn’t be easier if you tried… and I totally have. Let me know how this works out for you!
